Within 24 hrs of checkout the mystery guest report is emailed directly to you containing comprehensive feedback on the following areas;

  • Arrival and check-in

  • Bedroom and bathroom

  • Public areas

  • Health club, spa or other onsite facilities (if applicable)

  • Room service

  • Dinner

  • Breakfast

  • Staff friendliness and helpfulness

Each area of the mystery guest report contains a scored section and a comments section. The scored section allows efficient benchmarking and the comments section provides you with valuable feedback.

 

Also included in the mystery guest package is a digital recording of the reservation.
